| Words Of The Wisdomless: More or Less - Every one is expected to do more or less what others have already chosen to do. It's the expectational soul that chooses to go their own way, more or less. It's really special people that can do all this with not knowing it more or less. Are you special? I know I am, more or less... - Chato B. Stewart |
Hi I'm Chato, I started making up quotes this during a group therapy I went to a few years ago. Each week before the group meeting I would make up a quote and write it on white board. Many of the group liked them so I thought why not blog them and have them for ever. Some were funny, others were particle, still other were just plane wisdomless. I hope one or two will move you, make you laugh or get some reaction other then leaving the blog.

Words Of The Wisdomless:
Talking to my therapist about the horror of my childhood her comment surprised me. She said, "I apologize to you that no one was there to protect you."
It made me think, it was the first time any one said sorry to me for it. I've heard it said other ways, but she took ownership of my pain and I felt some closure.
Let's try it. "I apologize to you that no one was there to protect you." -

Words Of The Wisdomless: You Idiom -
"Mental illness is not a chip on my shoulder, it's a thorn in my side."
- By Chato B Stewart
Define Idiom's
Chip On My Shoulder: Simply means to harbor a grudge. Carrying a chip of wood on one's shoulder, daring others to knock it off.
Thorn In My Side: Prolonged painful irritation that is too big to be removed by conventional means.
