Hi I'm Chato, I started making up quotes this during a group therapy I went to a few years ago. Each week before the group meeting I would make up a quote and write it on white board. Many of the group liked them so I thought why not blog them and have them for ever. Some were funny, others were particle, still other were just plane wisdomless. I hope one or two will move you, make you laugh or get some reaction other then leaving the blog.

Words Of The Wisdomless: Change
Words Of The Wisdomless: Change:
"Today I changed my Facebook profile pic to a photo of me at 18, I did it to remind myself of what I lost and where I am today... I lost my hair... now I have 5 hairs back... Now that is recovery!"

Words Of The Wisdomless: Keep Moving
"Do not take love for granted, no matter how much we want to hate ourselves, or no matter how much we want to give up... There is always someone out there that will love you... For me, they love for me to leave."

Words Of the Wisdomless: A Penny for your Thought
Words Of the Wisdomless: A Penny for your Thought :
On days that are gloomy and full of uncertainties, I find what works best is to get 100 pennies and drop them around me. This way while I work through problems, I can keep my Cents about me.
