Words Of The Wisdomless: More or Less - Every one is expected to do more or less what others have already chosen to do. It's the expectational soul that chooses to go their own way, more or less. It's really special people that can do all this with not knowing it more or less. Are you special? I know I am, more or less... - Chato B. Stewart |
Hi I'm Chato, I started making up quotes this during a group therapy I went to a few years ago. Each week before the group meeting I would make up a quote and write it on white board. Many of the group liked them so I thought why not blog them and have them for ever. Some were funny, others were particle, still other were just plane wisdomless. I hope one or two will move you, make you laugh or get some reaction other then leaving the blog.

Words Of The Wisdomless:
Talking to my therapist about the horror of my childhood her comment surprised me. She said, "I apologize to you that no one was there to protect you."
It made me think, it was the first time any one said sorry to me for it. I've heard it said other ways, but she took ownership of my pain and I felt some closure.
Let's try it. "I apologize to you that no one was there to protect you." -

Words Of The Wisdomless:
One child is a joy, two children are a blessing, three children are a handful and four or more kids... that's a mental illness... Com'on are you crazy? I guess so since I have four!

Words Of The Wisdomless: ER -
My shrink sent me to the ER today, due to my blood pressure. I was thinking how fragile life is during my battery of tests. I've focused on being mentally well, but I've over looked my physical health. From now on, I will focus on both my mental and physical health! Right after this cheeseburger, shake and fries to calm my nerves.

Words Of The Wisdoml
Words Of The Wisdomless: Natural Bipolar - "Live life as a fluffy cloud. Floating along happily till you're forced by environmental issues into a Cumulonimbus cloud. Whipping up heavy thunderstorms, raining downpours that flood your emotional world. Toss in the occasional twister to tear apart a few homes. Until, it's all out of your system and you deflate back to that cute puffy cloud." - by Chato B Stewart

Why is it that I think I'm doing well and I'm balanced only in the back of a police car on it's way to the Crisis Stabilization Unit? Why? Oh Ya, Officer Jones, thanks for the ride.
