Hi I'm Chato, I started making up quotes this during a group therapy I went to a few years ago. Each week before the group meeting I would make up a quote and write it on white board. Many of the group liked them so I thought why not blog them and have them for ever. Some were funny, others were particle, still other were just plane wisdomless. I hope one or two will move you, make you laugh or get some reaction other then leaving the blog.

Appalling Dark Mental Health Humor Cartoon About Suicide
This is a very deep, deliberately shocking and appalling dark Mental Health Humor cartoon about suicide. Do you see it? It's so shocking and a bit alarming but the subject matter needs to be talked about. I figured only 25 to 45% of the people seeing the toon will pick up on the "dark side" of it, unless someone points it out.. That is how suicide is...many time people miss the clues or pass them off as "harmless" or "idle threats". Even when Suicidal Behavior or situations are right in front of us, we could miss the clues that a loved one may be giving that could help - even if it's not wanted at the time. We can Learn to see the clues, it could/will save a life.

More High Lights from Punta Gorda Suicide Prevention Walk
Chato Stewart here,
Mental health Advocate, cartoonist and Consumer Peer Ambassador.
Here is a video High Light from Punta Gorda Florida's Suicide Prevention Walk
I'm not sure if you know Darlene? I just wanted to let you know her video has been seen/viewed 915 unique times since I posted it on YouTube. That is awesome for my channel and subject matter. When Darlene talked to me, She was commending me in support of my personal massage. My message was that "I was walking for ME", for Suicide Prevention at the park in Punta Gorda that day. I asked if she wanted to share something on video. I thought she was going to talk about the walk and why we were all at the park - instead, she gave me the best advice. Something everyone living with a mental illness should strive to remember.

Words of Wisdomless: Winner or Losers
Words of Wisdomless: Winner or Losers perspective ~
I've heard it said "There are two types of failures those that defeats losers. The they one that inspires winners." than asked "What type are I?" This is a trick question, since any answer would mean I am admitting I am a "loser". It's self deprecation, not positive commutation...the only answer is is your a "winner". Lets face it, for ever one 'winner' there will be a pile of 'losers' and all we 'losers' have to do is organizes because we have the numbers on our side. Then we can take what all the "winners" have boastfully barged and bullied us over for far too long. - we'll see who winning with a thousand thousands losers come rumbling down the street! - by Chato B. Stewart
